The Happy and Engaged Team Summit is a 2-day event that will help people leaders reduce turnover, increase employee engagement and improve overall well-being within the workplace through proven strategies and tactics, allowing them to increase their organizations overall productivity and performance.

How it’ll all work
How it'll all work
Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.
The event will run from May 15-16, 2023 with 6 pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 30-45 minutes of content, a worksheet that follows along with or complements the presentation, and a live chat.
Along with the live presentations, there will be a LinkedIn group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask speakers additional questions.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have three weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy!
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll be promoting the Lighthouse All-Access Pass. This includes an All-Access Pass for the replays and worksheets as well as additional bonuses the speakers will throw in. This will provide immense value to the attendees, while making the work of promoting worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Woop! (p.s. if you have your own mini-course, workbook, ebook,, etc. that you’d like to throw in, let me know. Contributing will give you free access to the Lighthouse All-Access Pass and make it even easier to promote!)
As an affiliate promoting the Lighthouse All-Access Pass, you’ll receive 40% of all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by June 10th, 2023.
The pricing structure will be:
- $87 for 20 minutes after initial registration
- $127 from April 24th to May 14th, 2023
- $197 from May 15th to May 25th, 2023
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
